The all singing, all dancing, all............oh yeah, wrong episode, well there was some singing in restless, yep that's right guys, our Tony and the exposition song!! Anyway, that episode gave away quite a few clues to up coming events in the next few series of Buffy and here to explain it all we have a few of our theories on the matter.

Giles in his dream sees Buffy as a daughter he has to protect also Olivia has an over turned baby carriage signifying Giles want for a family of his own maybe or the fact that Olivia is simply not the one he supposed to be with increasing his parental links with Buffy.
Willow's dream:

Willow feels insecure about Tara and their relationship.

There will always be a place for Oz in Willow's heart and thoughts. Awwwwwww. Willow and Oz 4 ever!!

Willow's still unconfident like she was in High School? Or more foreshadowing from Joss and hints at Willow's addiction to magic and evilness that happens in season 6? Tara can't help cause she and Willow have split up.
Xander's dream:
"It gets better! I remember that it gets better!
Is he talking about his life? That he knows that things have to improve for him, which they do from Season 5 onwards when he gets a decent job and his own apartment.
"New car smell!" Giles gets a new car in 'Real Me'
I'm a comfortador also!
Xander, though he doesn't know it, gives comfort to the others, for example sorting out Buffy's feeling for Riley in 'Into the Woods'
There are two Xanders as there are in 'The Replacement'
Giles is teaching me to be a Watcher. Says I got the stuff!
Especially in season 6, Spike is the one that Buffy confides in instead of Giles. Spike is the first one she tells that she was in heaven, and in general the one she turns to for help in fighting demons. Dawn also goes to Spike for help, forming a weird bond with him, and Spike loves both Dawn and Buffy, proving he would die to protect Dawn in 'The Gift'
"Spike's like a son to me!"
In 'Tabula Rasa', after being affected by the memory spell, Giles and Spike are convinced that they are father and son.

And on land!
In 'Tabula Rasa' the demon that Spike owes money to is literally a loan shark and in the same episode Spike wears a tweed suit as he does now.

A sign of Xander's maturity. He has known Buffy et al long enough to understand that he is the heart of the Scoobies and therefore he gives comfort and protection in times of need which he feels Buffy is in at the moment, or soon will be, the first slayer, Riley departure, Dawns entrance and eventually the responsibility of looking after her when the ultimate things comes, Joyce's death. Xander is letting Buffy know he will be there for her whatever she goes through.

Anya drives for the first time in 'Triangle'

I'm way ahead of you" both Buffy and Willow say this to him.
"Do you know where you're going?" Anya to Xander
Xander's main worry seems to be that he has no direction in his life. He spends season four constantly changing jobs and feeling left out cause the others are at college. In the dream he constantly ends up back in his basement showing his belief that he will be a failure while the other Scoobies succeed. He will be forever doomed to spend his existence as the guy with no life living in his parent's basement!!
Giles dream:
His apartment is empty - is this how he feels about his life? That he has nothing worth staying in Sunnydale for, leading to his plans to leave in 'Buffy Vs Dracula' and later in 'Bargaining' part 1
I've hired myself out as an attraction!
"Side show freak?"
Spike becomes a freak when he falls in love with Buffy.
I promised Anya I'd be here for her big night! Xander to Anya - the wedding?
It's strange! It's not like anything we've faced before.
But it seems familiar somehow.
Of course!
The spell we cast with Buffy must have released some primal evil,
That's come back seeking, I'm not sure what,
Willow look through the Chronicles for a reference to a warrior beast.
I've got to warn Buffy,
There's every chance she might be next!
Xander, help Willow,
And try not to bleed on my couch, I've just had it steam cleaned.

Buffy's dream:
The Dawn references as if any didn't pick these up

"Be back, before Dawn!"
Rewind for a moment to 'Graduation Day - Part 2':
"Oh yeah, miles to go. Little Miss Muffet counting down from 730." Faith to Buffy.
And now in 'Restless' we have:
"It's so late!"
Oh that clock's completely wrong!"
Now there are only 365 days left till the events of 'The Gift'
"You think you know what's to come, what you are, you haven't even begun."
Buffy's death and resurrection. Or Joss' warning to the viewers?
"Riley? You're back?"
As he will be in 'As you Were'.
"Aggression is a natural human tendency! Though you and me come by it another way!"
"We're not demons!"
Buffy coming back wrong??
"WE'BETTER MAKE A FORT!"
"I'LL GET SOME PILLOWS!"
Riley leaves Buffy, "Guess you're on your own!" but this gives Buffy back her focus, making her think about her friends, as does his leaving in 'Into the Woods'. Not having Riley around allows Buffy to take care of Dawn and give more time to her friends, as she neglected them in season 4 coz of Riley!! Evil Captain Cardboard!!!
All together now:
"I WALK! I TALK! I SHOP! I SNEEZE! I'M GONNA BE A FIREMAN WHEN THE FLOODS ROLL BACK! THERE'S TREES IN THE DESERT SINCE YOU MOVED OUT AND I DON'T SLEEP ON A BED OF BONES! NOW GIVE ME BACK MY FRIENDS!!!"
